Employee Referral Policy

No other outside source can provide exceptional employees/interns to our company other than our existing employees. People who are working in our company are the ones who know best the culture of our company and whether the person they are referring will be a good fit in our company. Every person in our company can contribute to the success of Terasol Technologies by referring potential employees.
Every existing employee and alumni of Terasol can refer potential candidates, except the recruitment team.
  1. 1.
    The employee/alumni has to share the resume of the candidate to the recruiter over Slack or email ([email protected]).
  2. 2.
    Once the resume is received the candidate will undergo the hiring process.
  3. 3.
    Once the candidate gets hired the referee will be informed about the same.
When the hired candidate shares the countersigned offer letter and completes six months in Terasol Technologies, the referrer is entitled to received referral bonus (in cash or equivalent) as per the table below.

The referrer must be an existing employee or an Alumni of the Terasol Technologies.
  1. 1.
    The referred candidate must need to spend at least six months in the Terasol Technologies.
  2. 2.
    If the referred employee found to be involved in any illegal activity or breach any policies of Terasol Technologies within first six months of his/her joining then he/she will be terminated from his/her employment. Also referrer will not get the referral.
